Workshop suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. Nikki's approach is for yoga to be accessible, not something that has to be endured, or suffered. The relaxing yin yoga was new to me, and although relaxing was also challenging the mind to be still in the poses. Would definitely go to another workshop. - Liz
