I'm passionate about yoga and my teaching; I believe that yoga has far-reaching benefits for us all that go beyond the physical and I love sharing it with new and existing students.

I host regular Workshops for beginners and mini afternoon retreats throughout the year. We explore yoga and meditation in a supportive and relaxing environment.
I'm new to yoga and first time ever to a workshop of yoga, relaxation and meditation so had no idea what to expect. Totally and pleasantly surprised by the event and enjoyed it immensely, it was very well put together and the afternoon flowed easily from one task to another.
The workshop was excellent, suitable for those who have and haven't done yoga before, there was a blend of yoga, self care, meditation and relaxation so something for everyone. I'm looking forward to the next one and would recommend it to anyone.
A wonderful way to finish my weekend. Felt 10 years younger. It was like a facelift for my spirit. Many thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Workshop suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. Nikki's approach is for yoga to be accessible, not something that has to be endured, or suffered. The relaxing yin yoga was new to me, and although relaxing was also challenging the mind to be still in the poses. Would definitely go to another workshop
I'd tried other classes but I'd always felt out of place as I'm not as flexible or as petite as everyone else, but here, I was made to feel welcome and supported. The classes are great, Nikki is a fabulous teacher and I look forward to each lesson.
I was told Yoga would compliment my running. I run 2-3 times a week and yes it has! I look forward to my class with Nikki on a Tuesday to stretch out my aches and pains. I haven't been going long but I already feel a difference in my flexibility.
Since doing yoga I have been smashing my pb on my 5k and 10k runs. The help with my flexibility and movement has made me reach my goals at a much quicker rate than I could have imagined.
I love my yoga classes! They are a highlight of my week. See some friends, bend and stretch a lot and then relax and nearly fall asleep! No more aches and pains, my body looks sculpted! That's a first.
This is an amazing class - my body is doing things i never thought possible - credit to Nikki our instructor - loving it.
What a great yoga class!! I had done yoga before years ago but lost touch with it. Nikki has re-ignited my love for yoga with a great class that stretches and works you to the max with laughs and fun along the way. It clears your mind and resets your body for another week. Love, love, love it!!
This class has it all; a warm welcome, a brilliant teacher, some giggles, lots of progression and achievement and a rewarding relaxation at the end. Best yoga class ever. Fact!
