I love my yoga classes! They are the highlight of my week. See some friends, bend and stretch a lot and then relax and nearly fall asleep. No more aches and pains and my body looks more sculpted. That's a first.

I'm new to yoga and first time ever to a workshop of yoga, relaxation and meditation so had no idea what to expect. Totally and pleasantly surprised by the event and enjoyed it immensely, it was very well put together and the afternoon flowed easily from one task to another.

The workshop was excellent, suitable for those who have and haven't done yoga before, there was a blend of yoga, self care, meditation and relaxation so something for everyone. I'm looking forward to the next one and would recommend it to anyone.

Workshop suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and non-judgemental. Nikki's approach is for yoga to be accessible, not something that has to be endured, or suffered. The relaxing yin yoga was new to me, and although relaxing was also challenging the mind to be still in the poses. Would definitely go to another workshop

I'd tried other classes but I'd always felt out of place as I'm not as flexible or as petite as everyone else, but here, I was made to feel welcome and supported. The classes are great, Nikki is a fabulous teacher and I look forward to each lesson.

I was told Yoga would compliment my running. I run 2-3 times a week and yes it has! I look forward to my class with Nikki on a Tuesday to stretch out my aches and pains. I haven't been going long but I already feel a difference in my flexibility.

Since doing yoga I have been smashing my pb on my 5k and 10k runs. The help with my flexibility and movement has made me reach my goals at a much quicker rate than I could have imagined.

This is an amazing class - my body is doing things i never thought possible - credit to Nikki our instructor - loving it.

What a great yoga class!! I had done yoga before years ago but lost touch with it. Nikki has re-ignited my love for yoga with a great class that stretches and works you to the max with laughs and fun along the way. It clears your mind and resets your body for another week. Love, love, love it!!

This class has it all; a warm welcome, a brilliant teacher, some giggles, lots of progression and achievement and a rewarding relaxation at the end. Best yoga class ever. Fact!

Absolutly amazing! I reached out to Nikki recently to hold some yoga sessions for our personal training clients while we are living in a more virtual based world. The aim was to bring a nice mix to our ladies to help them learn something new, enhance their training and more importantly... de-stress. As we are coming to the 4th session of a begginers course - the feedback as been fantastic from our clients and looking forward to having some non-virtual session in the future

An ace teacher with a good sense of humour. Nikki never pushes you to undertake poses that your body is unable to do. A nice class of people with the same ability makes the atmosphere even better.

Nikki is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher who inspires students to safely fulfill their potential. About 2 years ago she guided me into a tuck headstand and now I’m almost a qualified teacher myself! For me these are momentous achievements that I would never have done without her encouragement. It’s accessible, fun and safe. A lovely bunch of fellow yogis too!

Nikki is a brilliant teacher who has made suggestions to help me improve my yoga despite having a shoulder that has a restricted movement. She makes me feel fully included in the class despite my difficulties. Highly recommend.

I’ve just finished the 4 week absolute beginners workshop, I’ve loved it and will definitely be continuing to attend Nikki’s beginner classes. I'm a newbie to Nikki's beginners class and have been made to feel very welcome. As someone who has dipped in and out of yoga classes in the past it feels nice to finally find a yoga class I want to keep going to each week. Nikki's classes are relaxed and fun and I leave each session feeling energised and at peace. Would highly recommend 😊

I have just finished an absolute beginners course with Nikki and can’t recommend the course enough for anyone thinking about starting yoga. The classes are very relaxed and you can progress at your own pace. I now have the confidence to join in the beginners class. Thank you Nikki for being a brilliant teacher.

Nikki is down to earth, approachable and generally brilliant. Her classes are welcoming, relaxed and funny, as well as challenging and serious when they need to be. Nikki is a normal person who still gives you something to aspire to. I can't recommend her Absolute Beginners course enough - it started me off on an awesome journey into not feeling like such a grumpy, achy old woman! Thanks Nikki ❤

Nikki is a brilliant teacher, I have only been going for a couple of months and I absolutely love it. She makes me feel that the movements are achievable, if not straight away eventually and always gives other options if you are struggling. The classes are really enjoyable and there is always laughter in class.

This was my first yoga class ever, and Nikki was amazing!! She was so helpful to me, never made me feel out of place, and went slow to make sure I understood everything. Loved it - can't wait to go back!
