Weekend Yoga Retreats

Join the Unlikely Yogi for a weekend yoga retreat at the amazing Holycombe Holistic Centre in Whichford near Shipston-upon-Stour from 4pm on the 31st May to 3pm on the 2nd of June 2019.

There will be four yoga sessions over the weekend and other relaxing activities which you can join in or not as suits you. All meals are included, (apart from a visit to the village pub, The Norman Knight, on Friday night) and we are happy to cater for your dietary requirements.

It will be a weekend full of yoga and meditation, good hearty food and relaxation in the company of like-minded women, with plenty of time to socialise, relax or take some quiet space if you need it. There’ll be sound healing and other mindfulness activities. Weather depending we will also explore the local area with a country walk.

There are only limited spaces and the cost is £355 per person where a deposit of £75 is received before the end of November 2018, £375 after that. Single room supplements and payment plans are available. You can read reviews from past attendees on my blog.

Yoga Practice

Seems obvious, but there’s lots of yoga on offer on retreat. There’s two classes a day on offer; strong flows in the mornings and in the early evening it’s yin and restorative. Longer class times enable you to dive deeply into your practice over the weekend.

Enjoy the beautiful location, peace and quiet. Turn off your phone and immerse yourself in the quiet. Explore explore the glorious gardens and countryside and with no outside distractions you can connect to your fellow yogis, rest and restore more profoundly.

With a whole weekend together there’s meditation, sound healing and other mindfulness activities to give you a chance to explore this side of the yoga practice there’s not time for in the studio. Deeply recharge and reconnect to yourself in a new way.
