The Chillout Sessions

Wind Down on a Friday Night with yoga workshop ‘The Chillout Sessions’; two hours of restorative and yin yoga and meditation to leave you blissed out and ready for a relaxed weekend.

Start your weekend the right way for renewed energy and a deep night’s sleep. If you’d like, wear your favourite pyjamas and fluffy socks,  because, why not?

You need to bring your yoga mat and two good pillows or cushions, your favourite blanket and eye pillow (if you have one). The workshop will be at the Trinity Centre.

Finally, tickets are just £20. Please get in touch to book your spot. Payment can be made via BACS.
